What is AllAdvantage.com all about?
Getting you, the members, the most benefits from the Web. AllAdvantage.com uses the power of a large group to get the most value from the Internet to its members. This means giving members the ability to "Get Paid to Surf the Web" (which we do with our Viewbar�) and to get cash refunds from on-line shopping (which most on-line stores already pay to large groups, but you as an individual rarely see), just to name a couple. AllAdvantage.com pays its own members referral fees to increase the size of the group instead of spending millions of dollars on advertising on the Yahoo!, Excite, television or the radio. Since AllAvantage.com is solely on the Internet, the referral system is much easier than the old word of mouth. AllAdvantage.com is the next natural step that the Internet is taking.

How does the referral payment system work?
The chart below demonstrates the AllAdvantage.com referral payment system. In words: For every person you refer to AllAdvantage.com, we will pay you $.10 for every hour that each of those people is online with the Viewbar� active. In addition, we will pay you for extended referrals at the rate of $.05 per hour. Extended referrals are those referrals made by the members that you referred to AllAdvantage.com. Extended referrals continue for four people past your original referral (the chart below illustrates). There is no limit to the number of referrals you can get paid for, up to 40 hours per person per month.

When do I get paid?
We pay members monthly by check. Due to the high cost of processing payments, we pay members when their accounts exceed $20.00 (unpaid amounts are of course automatically carried forward to the next month). Members can check their account balance (how much money we owe you) and the number of referrals in their direct and extended referral groups (your earning power) on our Web site.

Where does all the money come from?
AllAdavantage.com sells some of the Viewbar� space to advertisers and sponsors. This money is used to pay the direct earnings of $.50 and the referral fees. Since we don't spend advertising money ourselves, we use the money normally spent for that to pay the referral fees directly to our members.

When can I start?
You can join now and start building your referral group today. The Viewbar� will be available for download in 3-6 weeks. We will keep you posted on the exact date. It will be based on when you sign up for membership: "first come, first served."

Are there any rules or restrictions?
Not many, but we do have a few.

First, each person can only sign up once.

Second, we are going to have to limit the number of hours that you can watch per month because we just can't sell that many ads and sponsorships fast enough. We'll start with 40 hours, but this may be lower at first if too many people sign up too fast.

Third, no spamming. AllAdvantage.com strictly forbids spamming to get referrals. See our anti-spamming policy below. And we must approve (in advance) any use of the AllAdvantage.com name and logo trademark.

And finally, you will only get credit for the hours of members in your referral group up to the number of hours that you actively used the Viewbar� during that particular month.

Members who deal with AllAdvantage.com in a fraudulent fashion will be forced to forfeit their membership.

What is your anti-spam policy?
AllAdvantage.com strictly forbids the sending of unsolicited mass emails or spam of any sort, whether via email, Usenet or any other form. The account of any member who uses spamming techniques to solicit referrals will be terminated, and that mailing address will be ineligible for a new account.

What is spamming? Spamming is the unauthorized sending of emails and Usenet messages to people who you do not know personally or have not otherwise agreed to receive your messages. If you are unsure, please only send personal emails to your friends. Nobody appreciates junk email.

Is this available internationally?
Yes. AllAdvantage.com is available all around the world. Please note that we have not yet determined rates for international users as this is largely determined by the Internet advertising market in each particular country. Non-U.S. members are free to sign up and start making referrals, and we will notify you as soon as service becomes available in your country.

Can I participate on more than one computer?
One person can use an account on more than one computer (home and office, for example). But one person can not hold more than one account. And a computer can only have one account on it (the software restricts the program to one per machine right now).

Do I need to buy anything?
No. Membership at AllAdvantage.com is absolutely free, and you will never have to buy anything. We will send you a check every month for browsing the Web, and you are free to choose only the services that you want.

What else can I get at AllAdvantage.com?
AllAdvantage.com is not just about advertising and sponsors. This summer, we will offer our members cash rewards for online shopping at the leading Internet retailers, auction rebates and group discounts, just to name a few.

Is the Viewbar� compatible with WebTV or the Mac?
The Viewbar will be available for use with WebTV or the Mac in late summer of 1999. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are developing these versions of the software now.
